I just wanted to leave a comment on the excellent customer service I received at JC Sports. Im new to boating and needed a cleaner to remove the residue off the bottom of my boat once I removed it from the lake. I went to JC Sports and Jeff reviewed the options available, my boat is powder coated aluminum. Jeff suggested that I take an open container of a product he was using in his shop area and try it before purchasing a new container and then finding out I wasnt satisfied with the product. Wow, I cant remember when I experienced that level of customer service! In the end the product worked very well, but the outstanding customer service is what stuck out in my mind and will cause me to go back.

A true shout out to Jeff Crouch. I inadvertently procrastinated getting my boat winterized, and called JC Sports December 26 ... yes, the day after Christmas, and one day before predicted multiday freezing temperatures. Not surprisingly, Jeff was a bit dismayed, but despite short on crew for a holiday week, and low on antifreeze, pulled "off a save" in my favor. I am deeply appreciative of this level of service. I've dealt with JC Sports 1999, and I will not go anywhere else. JC Sports is by far the best around... Many dealers sell ski/ wake board boats, but they aren't enthusiasts. At JC the boat is just the first part of a long relationship. If you need service, parts, or anything else, your always felt welcome. It doesn't matter if your new to the sport or a seasoned rider, you'll find what you're looking for. 3 boats so far, and looking forward to my next purchase.

The staff Jeff,Jesse,Nathan,& Brad were all outstanding. From the time we walked in they treat you as they have know you for years. They all made sure our boat would suit them as if it was there own,not just another sale.I was very pleased with the service we received. Much Much better than other boat dealers when had been to in area.

I first came to JC Sports looking at a used boat - ultimately decided on a new Moomba - my initiative - no "up-sale pressure at all.
